A project that I started for myself, but wish to share with others. Traxme.net allows you to share information about your whereabouts, using any bluetooth GPS together with a modern cellphone that supports Java, Bluetooth and has a GPRS Internet connection available. There is also a version for phones with built in GPS such as the Nokia N95 / 6110 / Siemens SXG75 - in which case the phone works as a standalone tracking device. |
